Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Perugia, following the qualification he obtained a first Specialization with full marks in General Surgery and a further improvement in Medicine and Aesthetic Surgery and Plastic Surgery.
For some time he was professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of Perugia at the maxillofacial surgery chair, as an expert on the subject, he then became an effective member of the examination commission in the Medicine and Surgery and Odontostomatology degree courses and Dental prosthesis.
In the early 2000s, he made a new punch to improve the FUE technique, the BULBIX . The peculiarity of this tool is that it allows the surgeon to control the depth of the incisions around the follicular units; allowing the risk of damaging the couplings to be reduced to a minimum.

To date, using this method almost 100% engraftment of the Follicular Units is obtained. After a year of research, he also developed an Implanter Bulbix which allows the cap to be implanted at the same bulbar depth as it was in the donor area.
